Job summary

Flexjet at Dallas Love Field (DAL) is seeking a Parts Specialist to manage warehousing, perform data entry, and handle shipping/receiving of materials. You will maintain stock levels, conduct audits, and coordinate with Aircraft Maintenance and Purchasing to ensure accuracy and timely parts flow.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to complete FAA, OSHA, and Hazmat training.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Warehousing/inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into inventory systems for locating, issuing, receiving, and shipping materials.
• Perform inventory audits and reconciliations as directed.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate adjustments with Maintenance and Purchasing.
• Ensure proper documentation is provided by maintenance for unserviceable parts returns.
• Communicate with suppliers for returned parts as per PO agreements.
