Qualifications

• Painting-related experience is expected; 1–4 years in paint processes.
• Aircraft industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mask, sand, and prepare aircraft for paint applications.
• Apply glazing and sealing compounds before final painting.
• Operate and maintain paint prep and spray equipment and mix paints.
• Follow safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies; use PPE.
• Senior painters mentor teammates and ensure quality standards.
