Position Details

Schedule: Weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, 6am-6:30pm) with an 11.11% shift differential and a 3-day workweek.

Role Expectations:

As a Paint Technician, you will gain diverse experiences and growth opportunities. You should have basic to advanced knowledge of aircraft refinishing, understanding PDS Sheets, and adhering to paint procedures and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret PDS Sheets and mix ratios for all materials.
• Spray applications including Single Stage, Basecoat, Clearcoat, Primer, Anti-static, and Sealers.
• Adjust spray guns for different materials used.
• Pass Respirator Fit Test and Medical Evaluation (full face or half face).
• Maintain, clean, and repair shop facilities, equipment, and tools.
• Operate shop equipment safely, such as Paint Booths and Prep decks.
• Use basic computer skills for electronic training, manuals, maintenance databases, and color matching tools.
• Communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Perform other duties as assigned and travel to customer hangars as needed.
