Job summary

• Train, coach and/or assist fellow employees as requested by the company.
• Maintain and utilize required personal certifications and qualifications as directed by the company.
• Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.
• Report handicaps such as errors in parts, procedures, tools, sequences, etc.

Overview

This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit's Commercial Business Units ("Spirit Commercial"). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing's three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial's core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Move and/or obtain correct parts, materials, and tools, as necessary within the employee's assigned area as directed by management.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Must be willing and able to work any shift.
• Overtime is an essential function of this role and employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours per day or over 40 hours per week
