Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing issues, disassembly, repair, replacement, reassembly, and preparing aircraft for flight and delivery.
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Some on-call or evening/weekend work may be required
Compensation:
Starting at $35.00 - 50.00/hour based on experience
Overtime pay for hours over 40/week (including PTO and Holidays)
Premiums for 2nd shift and AOG travel work
Execute intermediate and heavy maintenance tasks independently
Repair and modify airframes, powerplants, and propellers
Conduct inspections and troubleshoot systems
Perform turbine engine troubleshooting and run-ups
Install service bulletins, kits, and perform system checkouts
Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints
Document all maintenance performed accurately
Build customer invoices based on labor and parts
Use specialized tools and instruments for system diagnostics
Ensure all work meets the highest safety and quality standards
A&P License (Required)
5+ years’ experience in diversified aircraft maintenance (jet, turboprop, piston)
Experience in MRO environments and customer service facilities
Familiar with sheet metal repairs and aircraft modifications
Valid driver’s license
Strong skills in arithmetic and interpreting blueprints/specs
Must pass background check and drug test
Comfortable using email and digital communication
Flexibility for travel and variable scheduling
