Job Overview

The Aircraft Mechanic III - UH-60 Quality Inspector is responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on UH-60 helicopters, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform preliminary, hidden damage, in-process, FOD, and final inspections of work within MRO Operations.
  2. Provide technical assistance, interpret technical data, and evaluate maintenance actions to ensure safe and reliable aircraft, components, and equipment.
  3. Maintain technical publications, forms, and records related to aircraft maintenance.
  4. Administer and monitor aircraft weight and balance programs.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, customer, and contractual requirements.
  6. Perform organizational and intermediate level maintenance.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of verifiable H-60 Technical Inspector experience.
  • Overall 10+ years of verifiable H-60 experience.
  • Graduate of Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course and/or Advanced Leaders Course.
  • H-60 (15T) course completion or equivalent.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Preferred: A&P license.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform tasks such as walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, reading gauges, and operating machinery, with reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
