Resicum International, LLC. is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic III – Air Frame to support MH-60R/S maintenance at NAS Key West, Florida.

The role focuses on advanced airframe maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and structural repairs on MH-60R/S aircraft. Candidate must perform complex maintenance, interpret technical manuals, and guide junior mechanics while ensuring compliance with Navy procedures and directives.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on airframe maintenance experience on MH-60R/S.
• Experience performing Organizational-Level maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on MH-60R/S aircraft.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and modifications.
• Maintain and repair MH-60R/S airframe and structural components.
• Perform structural and sheet-metal repairs and modifications as assigned.
• Maintain flight controls, landing gear, mechanical systems, and associated components.
• Troubleshoot airframe and mechanical system discrepancies.
• Interpret MH-60R/S technical publications, maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical directives.
• Perform component removal, installation, inspection, and replacement.
• Apply technical knowledge to determine aircraft system malfunctions.
• Restore aircraft systems and components to required operating condition.
• Use aircraft-specific tools, support equipment, and test equipment.
• Support aircraft inspections and maintenance requirements.
• Support corrosion prevention and control.
• Support aircraft preservation and de-preservation.
• Make required aircraft logbook and maintenance record entries.
• Support aircraft movement and flight-line operations.
• Support aircraft detachments as required.
• Support SAR maintenance operations when directed.
• Provide technical guidance to lower-level mechanics.
• Inspect work performed by lower-level mechanics as authorized.
• Support CDI/CDQAR and Technical Directive Compliance programs.
• Participate in emergency drills and aircraft movement or salvage operations when directed.

Job Description

Resicum International, LLC. is seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanic III – Air Frame personnel to support MH-60R/S aircraft Organizational-Level Maintenance operations at NAS Key West, Florida.

Aircraft Mechanic III Air Frame personnel perform advanced scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, structural repair, component replacement, and modifications on MH-60R/S aircraft.

Mechanic III personnel must be capable of troubleshooting complex aircraft discrepancies, interpreting technical documentation, prioritizing workloads, and providing technical guidance to lower-level mechanics.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Specific MH-60R/S Experience — REQUIRED

• Must have direct hands-on aircraft airframe maintenance experience applicable to MH-60R/S aircraft.
• Must have experience performing Organizational-Level aircraft maintenance.
• Must have experience performing scheduled and unscheduled airframe maintenance.
• Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing aircraft structural and mechanical systems.
• Must have experience performing aircraft structural and sheet-metal repairs.
• Must have experience interpreting aircraft technical publications and maintenance documentation.
• Must be capable of troubleshooting complex aircraft airframe discrepancies.
• Generic aircraft mechanic or sheet-metal experience without applicable aircraft maintenance experience does not satisfy the specific experience requirement.

Additional Requirements

• Must possess a current U.S. Passport.
• Must possess aircraft airframe maintenance experience appropriate to the Mechanic III skill level.
• Must have extensive knowledge of aircraft structures and mechanical systems.
• Must have experience with aircraft structural repair and sheet-metal work.
• Must have experience troubleshooting aircraft mechanical systems.
• Must have experience using aircraft maintenance tools and test equipment.
• Must have experience interpreting technical manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Must be capable of troubleshooting complex aircraft maintenance problems.
• Must be capable of prioritizing workload and meeting maintenance schedules.
• Must be capable of making accurate aircraft maintenance record entries.
• Must maintain required aircraft maintenance qualifications and certifications.
• Qualifications may include CDQAR, Plane Captain/Plane Handler, Tire and Wheel, Hydraulic Contamination, Vibration Analysis, Ordnance, Forklift, and other qualifications applicable to assigned duties.
• Must be willing and able to support aircraft detachments and travel as required.
