Job summary

Yulista Contract Services LLC provides full on-site and off-site maintenance flight/test support to the US Army Flight Test Directorate at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The team handles maintenance, fault isolation, and management of contractor flight records under Army directives (AR 95-1, AR 95-20).

Applicants should hold an FAA A&P license or have completed AH-64A/D military aircraft repair schooling, with at least 7 years of aircraft maintenance or 4 years of RDT&E experience in rotary wing Army

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in safety, documentation, HAZMAT, training/licenses/certifications, scheduling, production control and management.
  • Must have analytical ability and knowledge/application of assurance principles and techniques.
  • Eligible to work in the United States; active Secret Clearance desired/required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide aviation maintenance, repair services and test/repair support for aircraft and systems.
  • Conduct developmental and operational test and evaluation activities.
  • Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting and management of flight records for contractor personnel.

Yulista Contract Services LLCRegular

Primary Function

Provide full on-site / off-site maintenance flight/Functional Check Flight operations to support the US Army Flight Test Directorate (AFTD at Redstone Arsenal, AL). The support will be conducted in accordance with current Army directives, including but not limited to, AR 95-1 and AR 95-20.

Areas for support to be provided include completion of all maintenance test flights on AFTD aircraft, fault isolation and troubleshooting, and management of internal contractor pilot and non-rated crewmember flight records.

Essential Duties
  • Provide aviation maintenance and repair services, as well as developmental and operational test and evaluation support, to include testing of aircraft, aviation systems and associated support equipment.
  • Must have analytical ability combined with knowledge and application of assurance principles and techniques.
  • Organizational/intermediate level maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in aircraft maintenance or 4 years of verifiable RDT&E experience in rotary wing aircraft Army Aviation maintenance is required.
  • Must have Military installation DEPOT level maintenance experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
