Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of verifiable experience.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to pass background check for access to Government facilities.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance within nine months of start date.
• EO 14042 vaccination status may be required.
• Drug-free workplace and pre-employment testing are required.

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, align, troubleshoot, and test major aircraft systems and components.
• Perform flight line maintenance and functional checks of airframe systems.
• Conduct post-assembly checkout of overhauled aircraft to correct deficiencies.
• Identify malfunctions and determine corrective actions.
• Handle engine removal/installation, jacking, and related tasks.
• Read cockpit data and instruments; initiate requisitions for parts.
