ATP Flight School is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. The role involves performing light to heavy maintenance on single and multi-engine piston aircraft used for flight training, with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has an A&P certificate and 2+ years of piston-powered aircraft maintenance experience, plus FARs knowledge and Garmin avionics troubleshooting skills. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of piston-powered aircraft maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer manuals.
• Possess adequate tools.
• FAA Inspection Authorization (preferred not required).
• Private pilot's license (preferred not required).
• Avionics troubleshooting experience with Garmin integrated avionics (preferred not required).

Responsabilités

• Perform efficient troubleshooting, aircraft maintenance, and repairs on our fixed-wing training aircraft.
• Ensure accurate aircraft maintenance records by documenting forms, entries and logbooks.
• Follow policies and procedures and keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
