As an Aircraft Mechanic at Reliable Robotics, you will be part of the Production team and report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The team is responsible for scaling our processes and procedures to install our system into a larger fleet. You will develop and improve manufacturing, integration, and maintenance processes to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Your responsibilities include building and integrating our automated aviation system on aircraft, providing design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) input, and developing processes to support business scaling. This role is based in San Martin, California, and requires willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
The estimated salary range for this position is $86,000 to $156,500 annually, plus cash and stock options, and benefits. Reliable Robotics offers competitive compensation, stock options, medical coverage, 401(k), and a casual work environment.
