Cobalt Aero Services, an FCAH Aerospace brand specializes in maintaining, repairing, and overhauling nacelle components, thrust (fan) reversers, and other aircraft structural components for the commercial and military sectors.

What you will be doing…

  • Inspect Aircraft Parts and generate CMM Inspection Reports
  • Generate a BOM for component repairs and provide to purchasing and customer service department
  • Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with customer requirements and that of the quality management system.
  • Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (or equivalent) guidelines.
  • Adhere to Cobalt’s Repair Station Quality Manual and internal processes.
  • Ensure your work area is neat, clean, and in safe condition.
  • Observe, implement and uphold company safety and OSHA guidelines and company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies. (e.g. safety glasses, respirators, ear protection, etc.)
  • Other Duties: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by management, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

  • High mechanical and mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret technical data
  • Demonstrable capacity for attention-to-detail, adaptability, and creativity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work with all personnel across multiple departments

Even better if you have:

  • Prior experiencing working with IPC’s
  • Airframe and Powerplant certification
  • Quantum Experience
