Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting Salary: $62,705 - $91,455 annually
  • 18% Geo-Modifier
  • IA Stipend: $2,080
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, repairs, and provide regular updates to the Lead Technician.
  • Manage inventory, track supplies and equipment, and document part expenditures.
  • Complete service paperwork and FAA documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and security standards.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment for the team.
  • Coordinate efforts effectively with departments, vendors, and team members.
  • Collaborate professionally with health and safety personnel, fellow AMTs, and operations staff.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Three (3) years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience, including six months within the last 24 months.
  • Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Bell 407 maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Experience with EMS systems, aircraft maintenance systems, and planning.
  • Flexible schedule including overtime and on-call rotations.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FAA Inspection Authorization Certification.
  • Experience under CFR Part 135.
  • Autopilot maintenance experience.
  • Avionics and electrical repair expertise.
