Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting Salary: $62,705 - $91,455 annually
  • 14% Geo-Modifier
  • IA Stipend: $2,080
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, repairs, and providing status updates to the Lead Technician.
  • Manage inventory, update tracking logs, and document parts expenditures.
  • Complete service paperwork and FAA documentation, adhering to policies and security standards.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
  • Coordinate efforts with departments, vendors, and team members using appropriate communication methods.
  • Collaborate professionally with all stakeholders including health and safety personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Three (3) years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience, with at least six months in the last 24 months.
  • Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience with Bell 407 and knowledge of FAA regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call rotations.
  • Physical ability to push/pull 100+ lbs and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FAA Inspection Authorization Certification.
  • Experience under CFR Part 135.
  • Autopilot, avionics, and electrical repair experience.
