• Starting Salary: $62,705 - $91,455 annually
• IA Stipend: $2,080
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

We’re hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the maintenance and safety of our fleet within Med-Trans. This technician will support our EC135, EC130, and Bell 407 airframes. This role is key to ensuring our team can safely maintain and deliver timely, high-quality transportation services, care, and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, repairs, and providing regular status updates to the Lead Technician.
• Manage inventory checks, update equipment logs, place replacement requests, and document part expenditures.
• Accurately document service paperwork and FAA information, adhering to policies and security standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
• Coordinate efforts between departments, vendors, and team members using appropriate communication methods.
• Collaborate professionally with health and safety personnel, fellow AMTs, and operations staff.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience, with a minimum of six months in the last 24 months.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience maintaining EC135, EC130, and Bell 407 aircraft.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Experience with EMS systems, aircraft maintenance records, and support planning.
• Willingness to travel between bases as needed.
• Ability to push/pull 100+ lbs. and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Inspection Authorization Certification.
• Experience under CFR Part 135.
• Autopilot maintenance experience.
• Avionics and electrical repair skills.
