Job summary

Avelo Airlines, Inc. is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to support safe, on-time maintenance of our fleet. You will coordinate daily tasks, own the aircraft on duty, and communicate with team leads and pilots to ensure compliance and quality.

Ideal candidates hold an FAA A&P license, a high school diploma, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% and work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% away from base.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of the maintenance program.
• Coordinate and execute scheduled and unscheduled work loads.
• Own the aircraft while on duty and maintain open communication with leads.
• Adhere to FAA regulatory requirements for daily planning tasks.
• Participate in the SMS program and promote a Safety Always culture.
• Lead, mentor and instruct other Crew Members.
