Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT)

IMMEDIATELY HIRING! A&P Mechanic - Fixed Wing FULL-TIME Opportunity in Wichita, KS

  • Starting Salary: $62,705 - $91,455 annually
  • 10% Geo-Modifier
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

We're hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within EagleMed. This technician will support our King Air C90 and Beechcraft B200 airframes. This role is crucial to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely, high-quality transportation services, care, and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs, and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
  • Manage inventory checks, update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests, and document part expenditures.
  • Document service paperwork and FAA information as required, adhering to policies and procedures while complying with information security standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
  • Facilitate coordination between departments, vendors, and team members using appropriate communication methods.
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with all health and safety personnel, fellow AMTs, and operations team members.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Line and heavy or depot level maintenance experience
  • Experience with King Air C90 and Beechcraft B200 aircraft maintenance
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
  • Valid State-issued Driver's license
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Experience with EMS systems, aircraft maintenance systems, records, and support and planning
  • Ability to complete FAA-DOT drug and alcohol testing
  • Availability for day shift (6AM-4PM CST) or evening shift (2PM-Midnight CST), Monday through Friday
  • Ability to push/pull over 100 lbs. and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience under CFR Part 135
  • Autopilot maintenance experience
  • Avionics and electrical repair experience
  • Turboprop or Beechcraft maintenance experience
