Position Summary
Maintenance Technicians report to the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure compliance with all FAA Regulations, manufacturer’s instructions, and manual procedures. Responsibilities include routine maintenance and major inspections on HondaJet, Piper, TBM, Pilatus, LearJets, Beechjet, Citations, and other corporate aircraft. Tasks involve troubleshooting, repair, modification, component removal and reinstallation, operational checks, leak checks, and engine runs. The AMT uses sound judgment and technical skills to make maintenance decisions, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Perform repairs following approved methods, FAA regulations, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.
- Plan and coordinate work to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer instructions and CFR part 43.
- Protect all parts and assemblies from loss or damage.
- Complete all repair station forms accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure tools are in good condition and properly maintained.
- Handle parts carefully and preserve units during work.
- Be familiar with repair station manual, FAA regulations, and related directives.
- Communicate progress with lead technicians.
- Perform repairs, inspections, and modifications on airframes and engines.
- Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
- Document discrepancies with complete information.
- Promote a positive attitude and teamwork.
- Use expertise to meet schedules and quality standards.
- Follow safety precautions and use protective equipment.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Have work inspected by qualified inspectors.
- Participate in maintenance strategy development and provide leadership.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience or equivalent education/training.
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate preferred.
Experience
- At least 7 years in aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Strong knowledge of 135 and 145 repair station operations and regulations.
Additional Requirements
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background and drug tests.

Compensation
$23-$35/hr DOE
