Position Summary
Maintenance Technicians report to the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure compliance with FAA Regulations, manufacturer's instructions, and company procedures. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, major inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft. The role involves component removal and reinstallation, operational checks, leak checks, and engine runs. The AMT must exercise sound judgment and technical skills for maintenance decisions, troubleshooting, and discrepancy resolution.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Perform repairs using approved methods per manufacturer specifications, FAA regulations, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.
- Coordinate shop activities to minimize delays and optimize efficiency.
- Complete all work in accordance with maintenance instructions and CFR Title 14 Part 43.
- Protect parts and assemblies from loss or damage.
- Properly complete all repair station forms.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition and properly maintained.
- Handle parts carefully and preserve units during work.
- Familiarity with repair station manual, FAA regulations, ADs, service letters, and engineering orders.
- Communicate with lead technicians regarding work progress.
- Perform airframe and powerplant repairs, inspections, and modifications.
- Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
- Sign off discrepancies with complete information.
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote teamwork.
- Use expertise to meet schedules and uphold quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Have work inspected by qualified inspectors.
- Contribute to maintenance strategy and team leadership.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Preferred: Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- Experience with Pilatus aircraft and 145 repair station operations preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background and drug tests.
- AOG experience is a plus.

Salary
$25 - $40 per hour, based on experience.
