Job summary

Remas Staffing is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team in West Palm Beach, FL. The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repair on commercial and private aircraft, following manufacturer and FAA guidelines.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, FAA A&P certification, and at least two years of hands-on experience. Candidates must read technical manuals, troubleshoot systems, and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and perform scheduled maintenance on aircraft according to manufacturer and FAA guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on aircraft.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts and components.
  • Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
