We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Leader with deep expertise in Permanent and Contract Staffing. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and team leadership across staffing and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Drive end-to-end sales initiatives including target account planning, client engagement, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across staffing, managed services, and IT solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Team Enablement: Mentor and guide sales and recruiting teams to achieve performance goals and foster a high-performance culture.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in sales and client management within the staffing industry (Perm & Contract).
  • Strong background in IT Staffing - Perm and Contract, Managed Services and SOW.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Experience working with MSPs and navigating complex client environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Strong track record in new client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Prior experience in Permanent Staffing and IT Services.
  • Deep understanding of MSP programs and client delivery models.
  • Ability to lead client engagements and drive long-term partnerships.
