Menards Inc. Flight Department is seeking a certified A&P technician to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Cessna Citations and Embraer Regional Jets with a strong emphasis on service, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate is required.
• Recency of experience per 14 CFR requirements.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and 80 lbs occasionally.
• Read and understand detailed schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Relocation to Eau Claire, WI may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, repairs and modifications to airframes, engines and avionics.
• Identify and remedy defects noted during inspections.
• Follow manufacturer maintenance manuals and FAA Part 125 Approved Inspection Program.
• Document and maintain maintenance records in logbooks and CAMP Systems.
• Maintain parts, tooling and equipment inventory.
• Inspect components including wheels and batteries.
• Perform other duties as directed by Flight Department Management.

Job Description

The Menard Inc. Flight Department is looking for a certified A&P technician to join our team. This individual will be providing maintenance, inspection and repair to Cessna Citations and Embraer Regional Jets while maintaining a high level of dedication to service, safety and quality. Candidates should be resourceful and willing to learn, detail oriented, highly motivated, and take ownership of their work. Candidates have opportunity for advancement and willingness to advance is preferred.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, repairs and modifications to airframes, engines and avionics systems during routine and non-routine maintenance inspections
• Identify and remedy defects noted during scheduled and non-scheduled inspections
• Properly follow manufacturer maintenance manuals and FAA Part 125 Approved Inspection Program
• Accurately complete and maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities through the use of aircraft logbooks and CAMP Systems International software
• Document and maintain parts, tooling and equipment inventory
• Inspect and repair components including but not limited to aircraft wheels and batteries
• MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES: Will be required to perform other duties at the direction of Flight Department Management
