Job summary

SportCursor is seeking a dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Technician for our on-site team in Denver, CO. You will perform routine and scheduled maintenance on aircraft, inspect systems for wear or defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all maintenance activities are thoroughly documented and compliant with regulatory standards.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aircraft Maintenance Technician role based in Denver, CO. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform routine and scheduled maintenance on aircraft, inspect systems and components for wear or defects, and complete necessary repairs in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer standards. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, documenting all maintenance activities, and ensuring aircraft are safe, reliable, and compliant before release to service. The role also involves collaborating with other technicians and engineers, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Systems, with the ability to interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Hands-on experience working with Aircraft and PowerPlant systems, including inspections, repairs, and component replacement.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting aircraft mechanical and electrical issues and identifying root causes efficiently.
• Relevant certification or license (e.g., FAA A&P or equivalent) and experience in a maintenance or hangar environment.
• Knowledge of aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements, with attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work on-site in a physically demanding environment, including standing, lifting, and working at heights when required.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented maintenance operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or aviation maintenance schooling preferred.
