The position offers growth through AMT I–IV levels, with responsibilities spanning mechanical tasks, panel work, troubleshooting, engine work, and maintenance of aircraft and shop facilities. The role requires FAA-acceptable licenses (Airframe/Powerplant) with 0–6+ years of aviation experience depending on level, and a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and communication in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Airframe or Powerplant license is required; Airframe license is preferred.
• AMT I: 0-2 years aviation maintenance experience; limited to moderate knowledge.
• AMT II: 2-4 years aviation maintenance experience; corporate aircraft experience preferred.
• AMT III: 4-6+ years aviation maintenance experience; full knowledge of assignments.
• AMT IV (Master): 6+ years aviation maintenance; extensive corporate aircraft experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Remove and install panels and components.
• Troubleshoot and solve aircraft system/component issues.
• Defuel aircraft.
• Perform engine removal/installation.
• Operate ground support equipment.
• Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components.
• Assist in aircraft movement and performance runs/taxiing.
• Maintain shop facilities, equipment and tooling.
• Navigate manuals and maintenance data bases; use basic computer skills.
• Communicate effectively in English.
