The Leidos Airborne Mission Operations Division has an opening for Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor located in El Paso, TX.
The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor reports direct to the Director of Maintenance with functional responsibility to the Site Operations Manager. The responsibilities include forecasting and planning scheduled maintenance of contractor owned aircraft, managing a team of A&P Mechanics for launch, recovery, line service, aircraft operations, trouble shooting, repair, and scheduled maintenance. Administrative duties include setting work schedules and time accounting management for maintenance staff, reviewing training compliance as well as Flight and Ground Operations compliance. Ensuring the aircraft are maintained to the highest quality and safety standards. Daily updating of aircraft times in cycles in CAMP and LMMIS maintenance programs. Monthly reporting of aircraft times and cycles to the airframe, engine, and APU to OEM’s.
The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor may be required to work in areas where high noise hazards, exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and electrical shock hazards exist.
