Job summary

M1 Support Services is seeking a Scheduler in Columbus, MS to plan and schedule aircraft, engines, AGE, and related equipment. You will develop weekly to annual maintenance plans and coordinate with Operations to meet flight and maintenance needs.

The role requires 3 years of CEMS/PS&D experience, strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to read and interpret technical data. This is a full-time on-site position with potential for travel.

Qualifications

• Three years recent experience in CEMS/PS&D, as appropriate.
• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office programs, to include Excel and other applicable programs.
• Proficient in data entry.
• Formal courses in Microsoft Office programs are desired.
• Proficient in Files/Records Management.
• Experience in tracking and inventory methods and maintaining status.
• Proficient in IMDS along with other MMS scheduling programs.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the procedures specified in applicable Air Force directives.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Clear communication, verbal and written, is required.
• Medium physical exertion requirement.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules the use and maintenance of aircraft, engines, AGE, and associated equipment.
• Develops long-range maintenance and flying schedules to meet operational needs.
• Forecasts time changes and supports inspection flows.
• Prepares inspection packages and schedules for Time Change and inspections.
• Monitors the TCTO Program and ensures time change components are ordered.
• Reviews TCTO status in CAMS and CEMS on a quarterly basis.
• Ensures historical maintenance is documented in IMDS and other systems.
• Shall promote Company values and coordinate with Operations and base agencies.
