Job summary

Chipton-Ross Inc. seeks an Aircraft Maintenance and Repair professional for a contract opportunity in Trumbull, CT. The candidate will perform maintenance tasks, adhere to procedures, and ensure proper maintenance of landing gear and hydraulic systems. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience in maintenance data systems.

The position follows a 4/10 shift pattern (1st shift) and involves depot-level maintenance activities and cannibalization processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be willing and able to participate in all set-up activities, assist with receiving and storing supplies and support equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and complete jobs in maintenance data collection systems.
• Adhere to technical orders, fault isolation manuals, ground operating procedures and local operational instructions, depot level maintenance and cannibalization process.
• Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of landing gear and flight controls hydraulic systems and components on the aircraft at the organizational level of maintenance.
• Responsible for all maintenance performed on the assigned component.
