Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd in Colorado is hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, troubleshoot, and replace line replaceable units on PC-12 and PC-24 production and demonstration aircraft, complying with FAA and FOCA regulations. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining demonstrator aircraft, recording work progress, and preparing aircraft for paint.

Candidates must have an FAA A&P license, GED, and 2+ years of relevant experience; Pratt & Williams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
• Minimum two years of maintenance experience on PC-12/PC-24 or similar aircraft.
• Pratt & Williams engines experience a plus.
• Knowledge of removing, balancing, and installing flight surfaces a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and maintains production aircraft as they progress through the completion process.
• Inspects and maintains demonstrator aircraft and keeps in flight ready condition.
• Records work progress in job cards, acceptance test procedures, and other production documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Removes fairings and flight controls in preparation for paint and reinstalls upon completion.
• Performs control surface balancing after paint.
• Inspects incoming aircraft and parts as per FAA RSM manual.
