Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Accomplishes all work following company and industry safety standards, maintaining the highest level of quality while ensuring all assigned AMTs also comply.
- Adheres to all FAA Regulations, the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), and all other approved data.
- Directly supervises assigned team.
- Provides technical leadership and training for their assigned team.
- Ensures all documents are signed off completely, properly, and in a timely manner in accordance with the RSQCM.
- Responsible for bidding, planning, and scheduling projects.
- Works with supporting departments to ensure successful completion of jobs.
- Works aircraft squawks and repairs as needed.
- Able to anticipate problems that potentially can occur during aircraft maintenance and plan accordingly.
- Contributes to a positive work environment while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism at all times.
- Works assigned shift and unscheduled overtime as needed or requested.
- Able to travel and perform AOG maintenance.
- Regularly communicates directly with customers and vendors.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times and adheres to company dress standards.
- Performs all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent with additional courses in aircraft maintenance in recognized service or technical school programs.
- A&P License Required.
- 7+ years Falcon experience.
- Intermediate supervisory training or equivalent experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced skill with Corridor, Field 6, and other data.
- Successful completion of all AMT-Lead assigned tasks or equivalent experience.
- Must have required tools (see approved minimum tool list).
