Global Logistics Support Services, Incorporated (GLSS) is seeking an Aircraft Tools & Parts Technician for NAS JRB Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities include maintaining aircraft logbooks, data entry, and supporting deployments.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or equivalent, an active Secret Security Clearance, Navy Aircraft Logs and Records training, and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Graduate of the U.S. Navy Aircraft Logs and Records training program.
• Two or more years of experience as an Aircraft Logs and Records Technician.

Responsabilités

• Maintains aircraft and engine logbooks and related records.
• Performs data entry and retrieval for aircraft recordkeeping.
• Handles data transmission between stations and reports generation for deployments.
• Produces management reports, archives, and backups for operations.

Global Logistics Support Services, (GLSS), an S3 Inc. company, has an immediate opening for a Aircraft Tools & Parts Technician to join our team at NAS JRB Fort Worth, TX.

Job Descriptions:

• Maintains aircraft and engine logbooks and associated records. Proficient performing all operator, data entry and retrieval functions associated with aircraft recordkeeping.
• Performs networking functions between individual stations, including analysis and correction of errors caused by software, hardware or data entry.
• Transmits and receives data via floppy disk, modem and other electronic means.
• Extracts data, formulates and interprets management reports, creates archives, backups, and data saves in support of military deployments and detachment operations.
• Performs a wide range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports and correspondence, filing and typing, performing database and systems analysis.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have an active DOW Secret Security Clearance.
• Be a gradate of the U.S. Navy's Aircraft Logs and Records training program.
• Have two (2) or more years of experience as an Aircraft Logs and Records Technician.
