Job summary

The role requires physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 pounds, with two shift options.

Qualifications

• Previous aircraft interiors experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and maintenance manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
• Basic hand tool proficiency and understanding of aircraft maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft interior removal, installation, and modification tasks.
• Complete aircraft open and close-up activities to support maintenance and modification programs.
• Remove, repair, install, and adjust seats, sidewalls, overhead stow bins, monuments, and other interior furnishings.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Accurately document work performed in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
