Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet is hiring an Aircraft Interior Technician for our Melbourne, FL MRO facility. You will build, modify, install, and inspect interior components from sketches or 3D models, using drills and assorted hand tools.

Expect to fabricate cabinets, panels, and seat systems, and perform functional tests on installed components. The role requires carpentry experience and the ability to meet tight budgets and schedules in a high-standard maintenance environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of basic carpentry or related experience.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in business jet maintenance environment.
• Must be able to work from sketches or 3D model.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow installation and test procedures.
• Must be able to use drills, belt, disc and drum sanders and other common hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install products such as window panels, headliners, decorative panels, and access panels.
• Install main cabin cabinets (Galley, Crew Closet, entertainment cabinets, etc.).
• Install final assemblies (sinks, water, air and oxygen systems, drawers).
• Perform functional checks on installed systems and test mechanical assemblies.
• Document work performed into Corridor and maintain quality within budgets.
