As an Aircraft Interior Technician, you will be based at one of our Fleet or Service Hubs. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most sophisticated private aircraft in the world. Duties may include the removal and installation of carpeting, insulation, soundproofing, and fabric accessories; various amounts of parts replacement and repair; basic electrical system installation; modifications; refurbishments; and general mechanical applications on aircraft interiors. Job duties will vary by type and scope, as designated by the Interior Team Leader.
A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal but not required.
5+ years of experience working on private aviation interiors is preferred.
We’re looking for team players who are self‑motivated and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common.
The majority of work will be performed in a hangar or shop environment that can have extreme temperatures, from hot to cold.
Work outside on the ramp on occasion.
Varied positions in and around the aircraft.
The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $23.00 - $42.00. Actual hourly rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. Additional compensation in the form of a shift differential will be provided if the employee is assigned to an alternate shift. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package. Other forms of compensation include a semi‑annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) company match and employer contribution to a Health Savings Account (HSA).
