Duncan Aviation is seeking an Interior Repair Specialist to perform minor repairs throughout aircraft interiors, including cabin and cockpit areas, with attention to safety and documentation, and to support the SWAT Team approach described in the job description. This role requires high school graduation and relevant hands-on experience; relocation and benefits are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• 1 year mechanical/hands-on position experience for Completions Specialist I; 2 years for II; 4 years for III in aviation interiors preferred.

Responsabilités

• With minimal supervision, performs minor aircraft interior repairs (e.g., leather dye, cabinetry adjustments, panel touchups).
• Surveys interior maintenance opportunities and supports modifications and fabric/upholstery work.
• Assists with training team members to develop job knowledge and performance.
• Prepare and sign off documents per Duncan Aviation procedures, manuals, and FAA regulations.
