Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking skilled Completions Specialists to support interior removals, installations, and refurbishments in a safe, organized shop environment. The role involves training teammates, maintaining documentation, and complying with FAA regulations.

Positions range from Specialist I to III, requiring progressively more aviation interiors experience. Expected manual dexterity, physical capability, and a focus on quality workmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year aviation interiors experience or two years related interiors experience required (Completions Specialist I).
• Minimum two years aviation interiors experience or equivalent required (Completions Specialist II).
• Minimum four years aviation interiors experience preferred (Completions Specialist III).

Responsibilities

• Removes and installs interiors including carpeting, insulation, soundproofing, fabric accessories using hand tools according to Duncan Aviation procedures.
• Strips materials, preps and repairs panels; performs minor modifications and recovers flat work and accessories.
• Performs major modifications with supervision.
• Assists with training team members to develop job knowledge and performance.
• Researches, prepares, and signs off documents for record keeping per procedures, manuals and FAA regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
