Launch IAB in Wichita, KS seeks an Interior Mechanic to support MRO activities on aircraft, performing open/close up, seat rows, sidewalls, stow bins, and monuments while ensuring all work meets regulatory requirements and our quality standards.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment, with lifting up to 50 pounds and hangar work.
