Job summary

Ateeca Inc is seeking a mechanical/aerospace engineer to prepare and revise engineering drawings and documentation for aircraft interior and structural modifications. The role focuses on detail and assembly drawings, installation specs, and substantiation reports to support floorplan and interior configuration changes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent aviation design experience, with familiarity in FAA/EASA/TCCA rules and strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline with at least five (5) years of relevant experience; OR a minimum of ten (10) years of practical mechanical design experience within the aviation industry.
• Experience developing mechanical or aircraft engineering drawings using AutoCAD and/or CATIA; CATIA experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of applicable aviation regulatory and certification requirements, including FAA, EASA, and/or TCCA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering documentation supporting aircraft interior and structural modifications, including detail drawings, assembly drawings, installation drawings, specifications, and substantiation reports.
• Develop and revise engineering drawings supporting aircraft floorplan and interior configuration changes.
