Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in aircraft heavy maintenance or modification.
• 5 years of supervisory or lead experience in heavy maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, structural, and avionics systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise heavy maintenance project lines, including staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations to improve productivity.
• Ensure all work meets FAA Part 145 regulations.
