Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Plane Captain to provide line services for flight operations. Responsibilities include launching and recovering aircraft, performing inspections, fueling, and assisting with aircraft movement and servicing.

The role requires prior general aviation experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years general aviation experience required.
• Must have basic mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Launch and recover aircraft in accordance with guidelines.
• Perform aircraft inspections per published criteria.
• Conduct fueling operations using gravity fill and closed-circuit refueling.
• Assist in moving and handling aircraft as part of the crew.
• Clean and lubricate aircraft as assigned; support engine rinses and washes.
• Operate safety equipment and comply with safety regulations.
