Zusammenfassung

Avflight Minot is seeking a Line Services Technician to provide fueling, de-icing, hangar and transport services to customers and other departments. The role includes aircraft servicing, ground operations, and routine safety checks.

You will assist aircraft crews and passengers, perform fuel truck inspections, and help with groundskeeping and maintenance while following FAA and company safety policies. Must work varied hours, outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years related experience, aviation experience a plus.
• Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test, valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills with ability to grasp company software for paperwork and transactions.
• Ability to write clearly and legibly.
• Ability to push/pull/lift 70 lbs. for extended periods.
• Must be available for varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels at the airport.

Aufgaben

• Performs fueling and de-icing of aircraft.
• Directs movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on ramp; secures aircraft.
• Drives and services fuel trucks and ground support vehicles; performs maintenance as needed.
• Provides de-icing service and safety support as required.
• Performs grounds keeping and janitorial duties; snow removal assistance.
• Assists aircraft crews and passengers with needed services.
• Assists with daily fuel farm inspections and quality checks.
• Performs daily and monthly fuel truck inspections; ensures safe operation of vehicles.
• Maintains compliance with FAA and Avflight safety policies.
