Job summary

Tank Tigers, an STS Aviation Group Company, is hiring an Aircraft Fuel Cell Technician (Class B) in Memphis, Tennessee. The role focuses on fuel tank maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations per maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and customer requirements.

The technician will perform tasks with 2–4 years of relevant experience, maintain high safety and quality standards, and work in confined spaces as needed. FAA Part 65 not required; no management duties are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 calendar years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience.
• Ability to comprehend and perform assigned maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of maintenance manuals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform fuel tank maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations as per manuals.
• Follow procedures and ensure tasks meet customer requirements.
• Document and sign off completed work.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain proper sequencing of activities.
• Ensure test equipment and tools are properly labeled and current.
• Order parts and materials needed to complete tasks.
• Record time spent on tasks in maintenance records
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area
• Adhere to FAA regulations 14 CFR Parts 43 and 145
• Follow company Repair Station Manual and Quality Control Manual
