Job summary

V2X is seeking an Aircraft Work Center Maintenance / Flight Line Supervisor to manage a 90-person team, oversee high-tempo flight line operations, and ensure safe, compliant maintenance and inspections. The role requires strong leadership, QA background, and experience with NAMP/NALCOMIS procedures.

Candidates should have extensive aircraft maintenance experience and supervisory background; DoD CAC eligibility and an A&P license are valued.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in aircraft maintenance and material support.
• Supervisory experience based on education path (8–10 years).
• Quality Assurance background with aircraft and NAMP inspections.
• Experience managing IMRL equipment and supply procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the work center: schedule and perform tasks safely and efficiently.
• Supervise maintenance staff; review performance and timecards; assign priorities.
• Oversee flight line operations and maintenance activities.
• Lead project planning, risk management, and milestone approvals.
• Instruct staff on proper maintenance methods and procedures.
• Enforce NAMP programs and government procedures.
• Ensure safety, security, and preservation of equipment.
• Perform related duties as required.
