Job summary

CAMP Systems International, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Analyst in Savannah, GA. You will enter aircraft configurations and maintenance programs into CAMP Systems software, ensuring accuracy and alignment with OEM maintenance programs.

You will also engage with customers to gather necessary information, address questions, and ensure a positive onboarding experience. This role combines technical enrollment tasks with strong client communication to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and aviation experience.
• A&P license or 2–5 years of related aircraft experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Enroll new aircraft into CAMP application using customer and manufacturer documents per CAMP-OPS-100/110 and model checklists.
• Implement inspection/maintenance schedule per regulatory and customer requirements.
• Evaluate and interpret data such as ADs, SBs, and maintenance logs.
• Quality check enrollments for accuracy and CAMP procedure adherence.
• Coordinate with clients to implement their Maintenance Inspection Programs.
• Ensure customer data is updated promptly and accurately.
• Prioritize work based on timelines and workload.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout enrollment.
• Review and update databases at enrollment milestones to reflect changes.
