Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Meridian, MS is seeking an Aircraft Engine Mechanic to service, repair, and assemble aircraft engines and modules onsite. The role requires hands-on experience with engine components, adherence to maintenance manuals, and the ability to perform modular disassembly and testing.

Eligible candidates may hold an A&P license and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Security clearance eligibility and flexibility for shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A&P license preferred or required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Ability to work varying shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and inspect installed aircraft engines.
• Disassembly, inspection and assembly of engines at modular level.
• Inspect engines and components per maintenance manuals.
• Test engine operation and fault isolation.
• Adjust or replace electrical wiring and engine accessories.
• Provide grounds support equipment maintenance as needed.
