Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking an Engine Overhaul Tech I in Lincoln, NE to assist with inspections, maintenance, and overhaul of TFE 731 engines and related systems. Under moderate supervision, you will follow manufacturer specs, Duncan procedures, and customer requirements, while ensuring safety and timely documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of engine maintenance experience, with Powerplant and possibly Airframe certificates preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Two years engine maintenance experience required.
• Powerplant Certificate required; Airframe Certificate preferred; Fork Lift qualified; Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; tool inventory per department tool list required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in high quality inspections, servicing and maintenance of aircraft engines, systems and components with proper tools in a timely, clean, safe and professional manner with minimal rework. Order general parts as needed.
• Prepare documentation for record keeping (turnovers, engine process sheets, W.O. Sheets, training log, etc.) per policy and FAA regulations.
• Locate and use appropriate technical data and follow verbal instructions when accomplishing tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
