Job Description

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician III, you will perform turbine engine repairs, troubleshooting, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, machining, assembly, testing, and preservation to ensure aircraft and engine safety and compliance with FAA regulations and OEM manuals.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on turbine engines.
  • Disassemble and assemble turbine engines using specialized tools.
  • Inspect engine parts for defects and perform NDT as required.
  • Utilize database systems for documentation and inventory management.
  • Follow all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Potentially travel up to 50% for customer contact and site visits.
Qualifications
  • 1-5+ years of experience in gas turbine engine maintenance, preferably on Honeywell or Pratt & Whitney engines.
  • FAA Power Plant license required or to be acquired within 1 year.
  • FAA Airframe license and Level II NDT certification preferred.
  • Proficient in reading technical manuals and using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, work in various postures, and handle tools and parts with precision.
  • Work environment includes engine testing, chemical exposure, and occasional outdoor conditions.
