V2X is seeking an experienced Aircraft Electrical Technician to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals to fabricate and install electrical wiring and harnesses on aircraft. You will install, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems to meet specifications.
The role requires five years of aircraft electrical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Travel up to 25% and use of ground support equipment are included.

Overview Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings and technical manuals to fabricate and install electrical wiring/harnesses or coaxial cables on aircraft. Installs, tests, and troubleshoots aircraft electrical systems for conformance to specifications. Performs inspections, repairs, removals, reinstallations, of existing electrical systems or installs and integrates a complete new system for modifications. Cuts wiring/harnesses to length once properly installed, strips wire ends and installs the correct pins or terminal lugs to meet specifications. Proficient in termination of various connectors, continuity checks, voltage checks, and operational check-out of aircraft electrical systems.

Five (5) years of documented aircraft electrical experience in inspection, modification, troubleshooting and repair.
