We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part 135 Dispatcher to join our team and support our dynamic operations.

Job Overview:

The Part 135 Dispatcher will be responsible for managing flight logistics, responding to communications, and coordinating crew activities. This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment where quick decision-making and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to emails, phone calls, and company chat in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Plan logistics, release flights, and monitor flight progress and delays.
  3. Arrange international permits, handling, and customs clearance.
  4. Coordinate crew positioning and logistics, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
  5. Scrutinize crew duty and rest periods to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
  6. Assist with other dispatch-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  2. Experience: Prior experience in aviation is preferred but not required.
  3. Familiarity with aviation terminology and concepts is preferred.
  4. Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to support 24/7 operations.

Training:

Training will be provided for this role. Candidates will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in the position.
