• Foundational knowledge of Aircraft Structures to work safely around airframes, surfaces, and components during cleaning and polishing tasks.
• Understanding of PowerPlant and Aircraft Systems sufficient to avoid damage to sensitive areas and to comply with handling procedures.
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, working in varying weather conditions, and lifting moderate weights.
• Commitment to safety practices, including use of personal protective equipment and adherence to company and airport regulations.
• Previous experience in aviation, detailing, or industrial cleaning is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Reliable transportation to the Wichita, KS worksite and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
