Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Detailer to join the Prime Appearance team. The position involves thorough interior and exterior aircraft cleaning, using specialized products to protect surfaces and ensure safety while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities include inspecting for stains or damage, detailing to airline standards, and coordinating with maintenance crews. The role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to PrimeFlight safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to access and interpret information using electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices).
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to obtain necessary credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs as applicable).
• Flexible to work various shifts including Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed interior and exterior cleaning of aircraft.
• Use specialized cleaning products and equipment to clean and protect aircraft surfaces.
• Inspect aircraft for stains, damages, or wear and report findings to management.
• Detail aircraft according to airline specifications and standards.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins, including seats, carpets, windows, and lavatories.
• Apply protective coatings to exteriors to preserve paint and prevent corrosion.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure cleaning during scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
